Fidar Ferin Covering Company, as a specialized authority for supplying and selling Farnam Bespar sheets in Hamedan, makes the geosynthetic products of this reliable factory available to local buyers directly and in accordance with the approval of the Jihad of Agriculture. Providing standard insulation from the official production line prevents water infiltration in agricultural storage pools, transfer channels and industrial reservoirs in the mountainous regions of the west of the country. Quick access to the active warehouse in the province eliminates the cost of transporting cargo from the capital and reduces the risk of product authenticity to zero.
The importance of direct access to Farnam Baspar production line in Hamedan region
Severe temperature changes in the high areas of Hamadan province and long-term winter frosts directly affect the physical behavior of polymer insulation. In practice, it has been observed that the use of low-quality recycled material causes microstructural fragility and deep surface cracks in the folding lines with temperature drop. The heavy polyethylene (HDPE) geomembrane products of Farnam Bespar factory, with the standard percentage of carbon black and thermal antioxidants, maintain the necessary flexibility in steep slopes and dry cold.
Supplying these sheets through the head office of Fidar covering furnace in the province guarantees receiving the load with real thickness and engineered density based on the custom size. The existence of soil fluctuations and stone layers in the lands around Hamadan requires the sheets to have elasticity resistant to punctures, an indicator that is evaluated in Farnam Bespar extrusion lines with the strictest international standards.
The challenges of transporting and maintaining polymer rolls in the climatic conditions of the west of the country
Direct transport of multi-ton geomembrane sheets from distant sources always confronts the projects with the risks of deformation of layers, tearing due to non-expert handling and delays of several days in the agricultural planting calendar. Unprofessional storage of rolls under direct sunlight or on uneven stony surfaces will damage its structure before installation.
Fidar Covering Furnace has reduced the supply chain to the minimum possible time by establishing a centralized distribution platform in Hamadan province. Standard loading with specialized cranes and secure bracing prevents damage to weldable edges; This greatly increases the work speed of the installation teams in the favorable weather windows of spring and autumn.
Farnam Bespar geomembrane sheets authenticity criteria
According to our technical investigations in industrial projects, the detection of quality material requires field analysis of several obvious parameters:
- Continuous engraving of roll specifications, production date and batch number on the side edge of the sheet
- Uniform matte black color without shiny grains or recycled carbon impurities
- Precise thickness measurement of the edges and central part of the sheet by digital calipers matching the laboratory sheet
- Checking the flexibility of the edges when bending 180 degrees without observing the white fracture line
Supplying this product from a reliable agency assures the buyer of receiving a valid factory analysis certificate (Factory Quality Certificate) and a written guarantee of stability.
Thickness selection process and engineering applications in Hamedan projects
The design of water storage pools and artificial lakes requires different thicknesses depending on the dimensions, depth, hydrostatic pressure and layering of the soil bed. The experts of Ferin Besvet Fidar, taking into account the sedimentary texture of the soil of different areas from Razen Plain to the stony lands of Malair, determine the applicable thickness for sustainable containment of fluids.
Agricultural and horticultural water storage pools
In the construction of agricultural ponds, preserving every drop of underground water resources is of vital importance. Farnam Bespar standard sheets show high tensile strength against the settlement of earthen walls and prevent the growth of any moss, algae or invasive weed roots that block modern drip systems.
Isolation of construction projects, landfills and industrial tanks
Urban construction projects, underground concrete structures, waste landfills and wastewater evaporation ponds require a material with extraordinary resistance against corrosive fluids and biological gases. Farnam Bespar's heavy geomembrane sheets provide 100% impermeability in the vicinity of chemicals and acidic drains and prevent contamination of underground water tables.
Monitoring the implementation of principles and geosynthetic supplements
Simply buying a high-quality product without implementing engineering cannot provide reliable insulation. In the process of sealing with geomembrane, underlaying and layering with needle geotextile is equally important. Geotextile acts like an elastic cushion and prevents the sheet from being punctured by sharp pebbles under water pressure.
Fidar coating furnace, relying on automatic wedge welding equipment and standard thermal extruders, defines two-line welding operations and air pressure testing for seams. Engineering channeling on the edges of the trench and precise containment in the insulating trench ensures that the water structure does not stretch or move against seasonal storms and turbulent water waves.
